This policy applies to shipments within the United States and may also apply to international shipments where available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been placed.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Peak shopping periods (such as holidays or promotional events)
  • Inventory verification processes
  • Unforeseen operational delays

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to become active after the shipment has been processed.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking link.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping carrier operations
  • Weather conditions or logistical delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws such as the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

5. Shipping Costs

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside the control of Miami Unique.

 


6. Order Today, Ships Tomorrow

Orders placed before 11:59 PM (GMT-8) are scheduled to be processed and shipped on the next business day, subject to product availability and order verification.

This service is included at no additional cost to the customer.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.


7. Shipping Restrictions

Miami Unique currently ships to addresses within the United States and may offer shipping to select international locations.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes in certain cases where carrier restrictions apply
  • Restricted or sanctioned regions where shipping services are unavailable

If an order cannot be shipped to the customer’s address, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Order and tracking information

After reviewing the claim, Miami Unique may, at its discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund, subject to product availability and verification of the claim.

9. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

Miami Unique is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully delivered.
