This Return & Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which customers may return items, request warranty service, and receive refunds for purchases made through the webshop www.miami-unique.com. By making a purchase, customers agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Scope

This policy applies to all products sold through the webshop www.miami-unique.com, including clothing, accessories, and fashion-related items, except for items explicitly excluded from returns or refunds as stated in Section 4.

This policy applies to customers located in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.


2. Definitions

  • Item: Any product purchased from the webshop www.miami-unique.com.
  • Return: The process by which a customer sends back an unused and undamaged item for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
  • Defective or Damaged Claim: A notification submitted by the customer indicating that an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Non-Delivered Order: An order that was confirmed as shipped but did not reach the customer due to carrier loss or delivery failure.

3. Standard Return Policy

Customers may request a return for unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted via email to service@miami-unique.com.

Return conditions include:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Returns must be approved by Miami Unique before being shipped

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by Miami Unique (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Original shipping or handling costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Miami Unique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Party wear or special occasion garments
  • Earrings and piercing jewelry
  • Cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened or used

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are also not eligible for return.


5. Warranty for Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting service@miami-unique.com.

The claim must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

After verification, Miami Unique will, at its discretion:

  • Provide a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping costs where applicable.

6. Warranty for Non-Delivered Orders

If an order is not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking indicates that the shipment was lost in transit, Miami Unique may provide a replacement shipment or refund.

This warranty does not apply if the shipping carrier confirms the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers may be required to cooperate with carrier investigations for lost shipments.


7. Return Process

Submit the completed form via email to service@miami-unique.com.

After the return request is reviewed and approved:

  1. Customers will receive return instructions and the return address.
  2. The item must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that returned items:

  • Are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Are shipped using a trackable shipping method

Miami Unique is not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking is not provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
